Poor Eric was pretty down and out today, but he still let me take his picture! Such a considerate husband!

Things got rough today. Nausea, heartburn and hiccups of all things! He put on a brave face for the camera though :) And I'm making a little book cover for the wonderful cards that we're receiving!

Today was a long day in the hospital, 8 hours! Eric handled it like a champ, of course, and by the end of the day had worked his charms on allll the nurses. No surprise there! :) One nurse even wanted to steal him away from his normal nurse, typical.

Happy first day of chemo! We got to the hospital at 8 and Eric felt the first drop of chemo at 10:25! He's on a three day cycle and has a take home [incredibly sexy] fanny pack of drugs! He hasn't had the nausea symptoms - yay!
