First two pictures are a dinner from yesterday but it needs to be included. The before and after. Cut an avocado in half, drop a egg in the hole, bake for 15 at 400 degrees. Remove from oven, add your toppings of choice (we did pepper and queso fresco) and stir and enjoy!
